Birthday Freebies List
Birthdays are a great reason to celebrate! I’ve discovered that many restaurants give you free food for your birthday. I tested out many of these birthday freebies back in April and we are using them again to celebrate my husband’s birthday this week. You see, we’re frugal and don’t eat out a lot. We enjoy eating out but watch our budget carefully. Birthday freebies allow us to eat out without hurting our budget nearly as much!
Some of these freebies require a purchase but many of them are completely free. Some of the freebies are good only on your birthday, while others give you two weeks or more to redeem them. Those are my favorite freebies which allow you to stretch out the celebrations!
I’ve also discovered that when you sign up for many of these freebies, you also receive a free treat right away. It’s a good reminder that if you are going to a restaurant, sign up up for their rewards program or email list. It’s a great way to stretch your eating out budget.Â

Auntie Anne’s Pretzel – Download the My Pretzel Perks app and receive a free pretzel for your birthday.
Baskin Robbins – Join their eclub and receive a free scoop of ice cream on your birthday.
Buffalo Wild Wings – Join the Buffalo Circle and receive a free snack size wings (boneless or traditional) for your birthday. You will also receive an anniversary reward on the date you sign up for another free snack size wings.
Chili’s – Join My Chili’s Rewards for customized reward coupons and a free dessert on your birthday.
Culvers – Join the Culver’s eclub and receive a bogo coupon for a value basket. You’ll get a free one scoop sundae for your birthday, which is good for 14 days after your birthday.
CVS – Join the Extra Care Clubby registering your CVS ECB card and get $3 in rewards to spend on your birthday.
Dunkin’ Donuts – Join DDPerks and receive a free medium beverage for signing up and for your birthday.
Fazoli’s – Join the Fazoli’s eFamily and receive a free dessert on your birthday.

Pizza Hut – Sign up for Hut Rewards and get a coupon for free cheese sticks on a future online order. You’ll also receive a free breadsticks on your birthday.
Red Robin – Join the Red Robin Royalty and receive a free burger anytime within your birthday month.
Starbucks – Register a Starbucks gift card to join the Starbucks reward program. Then, you’ll get a free drink (any size) or treat on your birthday.
Steak n’ Shake – Join the Steak n’ Shake eclub to receive a free burger for your birthday.

Taco Cabana – Join the TC Fanatics club and get a free quesadilla for joining, plus a free TC Fanatics flauta plate on your birthday.
Texas Roadhouse – Subscribe to emails and receive a free appetizer upon sign up. You’ll also receive a free birthday reward.
