This is a simple but handy recipe for freezer meatballs. Meatballs, in and of themselves, are very simple but they can be used in so many different way! Periodically, I like to make a large batch of meatballs so I can use them to make several different meals. My son, Nathan, really likes meatballs so I just made another double batch last week. Last year, our MOPS group spent a day preparing freezer meals together. We all picked and planned a favorite recipe and brought the ingredients for the others to make it as well. Lasagna is another classic recipe for which there are many variations. Although it can be time consuming to make, it is a delicious meal and an ideal freezer food.
