This snow ice cream recipe is so easy and absolutely delicious! Only 3 ingredients. Perfect for snow day fun! #snowday

We got our first big snow of the year this weekend. Finally! For living in Northern Indiana, we have not had very snowy winters for the past several years. I love snow. I don't love driving on snow, but if I can stay home and enjoy the beauty of it all with my kids? That is when I absolutely love snow. Yesterday, Andy took Nathan and Emma sledding after church at a nearby park. They had so much fun and came home with rosy, chapped cheeks. We all went out with Lily in the backyard to see her experience snow for the first time. She wasn't quite as impressed with the snow after she tried … Read More...

These peanut butter and chocolate fudge bars are so rich and delicious! One of my favorite chocolate bar recipes.

Every Epiphany (January 6), our family hosted an Open House for the entire congregation.  Since my Dad was a pastor, it was a good way for our family to celebrate and share a special evening with our friends and fellow church members. Dad was responsible for the candy cane cookies, and Joel helped with the buckeyes. The rest, the girls made and checked off our baking list. This post may contain … Read More...
