Our musical was last night, so I planned ahead. With a little bit of downtime earlier this week, I compiled some good links I’ve read in the past weeks. There is so much that makes me think!
Jessica of The Mom Creative shared an honestly beautiful post about how Hospitality Always Wins. We may not always have a picture perfect home, but we need to be willing to be hospitable – even if it feels uncomfortable at times.
Melissa of The Inspired Room wrote about 5 R’s to Rejuvenate Your Home. In a nutshell – Rethink, Renew, Reorganize, Risk and Rejoice. I tend to get stuck on the reorganize element. I want to risk and rejoice more this year in our home.
Christa of Brown Sugar Toast wrote an incredible article asking Is Facebook Ruining Your Friendships? I haven’t been on facebook much in the past months, for too many reasons to go into here, but I believe this is an important question for all of us social media users.
The Dating Divas shared a tutorial for how to make Magnetic People. This is such a cute idea! Wouldn’t this be fun for a long distance family idea, too? What do you think, Okinawa-living-sis?
Carried shared a guest post at Money Saving Mom about 4 Ways that Being Organized is Saving Me Money. I think we all forget (on occasion) that the simple things can have big results for our life.
I love Ashley’s post on How to Make a Rolled Flower Necklace. I really, really, really want to make one of these! The hardest part if figuring out what color I want to make, because what will I wear it with?
Do you have any projects or thoughts to share from the week? I hope you have a relaxing Saturday. I am certainly hoping to have one!
