Last weekend was the Grabill Fair. This weekend is the Johnny Appleseed Festival. It’s a good time to be from Fort Wayne! I do so enjoy our Fall Festivities.
Amid our scheduled fair outings, here’s what I have stumbled across recently.
Lisa shared at Diy…Your Way How to Make Flea Market Junk Work for You. I love what she did with those old lockers.
Amy of Amy Lynn Andrews wrote about Why You Should Read All Kinds of Books and How to Get Them for Free. I’m a firm believer in both of these things – reading lots of different books and getting them for free. Amy wrote a great article with this one.
Country Mamma Cooks shared How to Roast and Freeze Green Chilis. Since our garden is still producing lots of peppers, this article was very helpful – even as it adds one more thing to my to-do list for the weekend.
There are so many takes on organic foods. Mandi’s article has to be my all-time favorite of all that I’ve read. Food Choices are Not a Moral Issue has lots of food for thought (pun intended).
Julia at Hooked on Houses shared a fun What Style Makes You Happy? My results say that I’m Farmhouse Glam. I’d say that I’m probably more Farmhouse than Glam, but it was fun to take.
Finally, Kristen at The Frugal Girl shared a new recipe for a No-Stir Granola with lots of clumps! Yum. It features ingredients that I already have in my cupboard so that’s a bonus, too.
That’s what I’ve been reading. How about you?
