I’ve been having a whirlwind of a blessed time in San Antonio. These past few days have been filled with so many special moments and countless blessings. I’m giving thanks for…
…safe travels for the many who attended our ministry celebration, coming from across the United States.
…hugs and laughter with dear, dear friends.
…wonderful singing that echoed from the rooftops as we rejoiced by singing, “We Praise You and Acknowledge You, O God to Be the Lord.”
…listening to stories from friends and pastors alike, commemorating our lives together in San Antonio.
…the evidence of the blessings in our lives, as a result of Crown of Life.
…seeing the joy on the faces of my parents this weekend.
…eating dinner with my family again.
…playing with our nieces.
…a weekend of basketball wins for my husband’s team, back home again in Indiana.
…a talented, capable and gracious teacher in Barb, who is subbing for me.
…all God’s people, past and present, at Crown of Life.
…the lives of God’s faithful saints who have already gone on to heaven, yet are remembered fondly in our hearts.
…late nights of little sleep that are worth every moment of cherished memories.
…a couple more hours to spend with my family.
…the tearful good-byes that we must say before we can greet one another again!
This list numbers items 981 to 995 on my Journey to One Thousand Gifts.
